This is a brief note to say how much I enjoyed my trip with John on 7/7/05. As a driver, he was superb--especially under such trying and difficult circumstances as we encountered during the bombings in Central London. While clearly safety was our primary goal, I was so impressed with his concern that I have the best trip possible, even when he and his fellow citizens faced the national emergency that we saw first-hand on that day. I will never forget his patience and kindness to me. He is definitely an asset to your organization.

Please send him my regards and tell him that I will be back--under, hopefully, less stressful circumstances! My thoughts and prayers are with you and your countrymen.

In early July 2005 I engaged Central Chauffer for a transfer from a cruise ship from Southampton to London. The price for four of us was roughly equivalent to the cost to go by the mass transportation (bus!) provided by the cruise company to our hotel. I figured that after 10 days with 3000 people I would enjoy a more personalized experience getting to the city. I was absolutely delighted with the service your company provided. We were met on time by your driver, the vehicle was showroom spotless clean and the driver, Chris, was engaging and knowledgeable. I was able to talk with Mrs. Fairman this afternoon regarding her stay in London and she could not say enough about the arrangements that were made on their behalf. I must thank you in particular, for your suggestion to contact Albemarle was just what I needed to know. The Fairman's were able to take in two wonderful plays and I was able to give them maps which help in finding each theater.The arrangements for your service from Crown Plaza, St. James to London Heathrow Airport went as planned.
